A copy of each of the following documents should be included with the application for ALL students:
نسخة عن جواز ولي الأمر أو الوصي الشرعي.
نسخة عن جواز الطالب.
نسخة عن إقامة ولي الأمر أو الوصي الشرعي سارية المفعول.
A copy of the students’s valid iqama (resident permit).
A copy of the student’s birth certificate.
A copy of the student’s vaccination certificate
جميع الشهادات الأكاديمية والسجلات وشهادة النقل من المدرسة/المدارس السابقة.
موافقة وزارة التعليم على الدخول إلى المدرسة.
شهادة تصفية مالية من المدرسة السابقة.
رسالة تعريفية من جهة عمل ولي الأمر أو الوصي الشرعي.
4 صور شمسية للطالب.
